I was very glad to find this absolutely amazing breakfast place in Waterloo ! The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The place has a family cozy atmosphere and very friendly vibes. Highly recommended

I’ve tried a lot of breakfast spots in KWC, and this is definitely one of the best. It might take a bit longer to get seated and served compared to other diner-style places, but it’s absolutely worth the wait. The French toast was probably the best I’ve had in a very long time. The crispy chicken eggs Benedict and the avocado salmon toast were also excellent, and the drink options are top-notch. The only miss for me was the skillet—it was mostly just potatoes and didn’t offer much else.
Had an amazing experience here. The food was great. Hannah was a very sweet host and server. She went above and beyond and made our experience even better that it already was.
Our favorite place we’ve visited in KW area so far. This restaurant is extraordinary. From the fresh ingredients, perfect execution of flavors, absolutely amazing service and their fair prices we were blown away. Their waffles are so good. Just the perfect level of crisp and fluffy with a nice lightly sweet vanilla flavor. I wish I would’ve taken pictures of it but I dug in straight away. Their brioche bread was delicious and their skillet and Benedict dishes are so creative and my family loved them. My only complaint is that Pur & Simple makes it impossible to find new places to eat because we want to keep coming back. Also, Deanne was fantastic!
Pur & Simple has been our go-to breakfast spot whenever we’re in the city. The service is always amazing, and our server Hannah was super friendly and kind. The food’s really was also very delicious. Definitely a great place to start your day!
Went on a Sunday for brunch. There was a line and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get a table. We ordered 2 types of egg Benedict and a crepe along with a hot chocolate and an iced tea. The hot chocolate was very sweet in taste but the breakfast was good. It didn’t take them a long time to serve our order. The service was good too.
We went here at 1 PM on Saturday. There were a few people ahead of us waiting for their tables to be ready, but we only waited about five minutes to get ours. The restaurant was very large and busy, but despite that, the service was excellent. The menu was very diverse and appealing, and the food was great too. Overall, we were very satisfied, and it's a fantastic place for breakfast and brunch.
